Just try to check your iPhone with some other wireless charger to see if it is working or not, and in the same way, check your Anker wireless charger with another mobile or device if it is charging that mobile/device.
If your iPhone is charging well with another charger, it means it has no problem. But if the charger does not charge another device, it is evident that your charger has some issues with charging.
Whatever your case, don’t worry, I will explain how to fix both problems.
Power Source

If your Anker wireless charger is creating a problem in charging, then first check the power source carefully, i.e., the wall plug, power adapter, and USB charging cable you are using.
Wireless charging is weaker than wired charging; therefore, it needs more attention to recheck all the things related to the power supply that power source is providing enough power to the changing pad.
Change the wall plug you are using to check if maybe the wall plug is not compatible and not providing enough power.
In the same way, check the power adapter has a compatible output of the power, i.e., 10W. Use some other power adapter with your Anker wireless charger.
Also, check the charging cable you are using with your charger. Try different charging cables or check the connection of the charging cable with the power adapter and charging pad.
Find the main problem by checking your wall plug, power adapter, and charging cable, and fix it by replacing it with another one.
Note:- iPhone 5V / 1A stock charger and computer USB ports are not compatible with Anker wireless charger because they do not give sufficient power to the charging pad. Always use the power adapter having minimum 2A output.

It is the most profound type of restoring your iPhone.
Follow these steps to DFU to restore your iPhone.
- Connect your iPhone with a computer or laptop and open iTunes. Then open finder if you have Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15 or newer.
- Press and hold the sleep/wake button and home button or volume down button for at least 6 seconds or the volume down button for 8 seconds.

Wireless charging is based on a magnetic induction process, and interference of any metal may interrupt the charging process.
Ensure that there is nothing in the mobile case like pins, credit cards, metal plates, etc. if you have any, then remove them and try to charge your mobile again.
Also, check that if you are using a thick mobile case, it may create a problem in charging. As we already discussed, wireless charging is weaker than wired charging, so a thicker mobile case can cause interruption.
